Technica Communications Named Finalist in Two Categories for Ragan’s 2022 PR Daily Awards

Building off another record-setting year, Technica Communications has been named a finalist in the 2022 Ragan’s PR Daily Awards in the B2B Campaign and Influencer Campaign categories. Conducted yearly, Ragan’s PR Daily Awards highlight the best public relations campaigns that have increased success for applicant clients and organizations.

In the B2B Campaign category, Technica’s was honored for its work on  hydrogen-electric aviation powertrain provider ZeroAvia’s Series A Funding, and the UK Government Funding campaign, which garnered $14.4 million in ad value equivalent. In conjunction with UK-based agency Madano, Technica’s communications plan included a series of press releases and a unique pitch strategy that landed coverage in Bloomberg, Reuters, Aviation Week, and Cleantechnica, to name a few. In total, the strategic, multi-faceted campaign reached over 1.5 billion readers. In addition, post-release, ZeroAvia was invited to speak at over 20 conferences worldwide in the 12 months following the announcements.

In the Best in Influencer Impact Category, Technica was honored for its work on the latest campaign for Winnebago’s Speciality Vehicle Division. The effort increased Winnebago’s social media following by 54 percent, with over 47,000 impressions. Winnebago’s sales team also noted that sales inquiries and leads increased significantly when the trip was in effect.
